Noting that the cost increases due to the economic crisis affected them, Kurt emphasized that they will continue to stand by the citizens despite all these and the obstacles they faced. ENVIRONMENTAL SITE
The project has been implemented in a transparent and participatory manner from day one. The answers received in the questionnaire published during the project process and answered by 21 participants guided the architecture and payment terms of the project. "KİPTAŞ Tuzla Meydan Evler", which consists of 198 residences and 149 commercial units, will be a first. With the "Gray Water Recovery" system, which will be implemented for the first time in a social housing project, both those living in these houses and Istanbul will win.
Thanks to the system in the environmentally friendly social housing project, the water used in the houses (domestic waste water from showers, bathtubs, washbasins, washing machines and kitchens, etc.) will be treated and reused (in the reservoirs of toilet bowls and for garden irrigation). Thus, a significant contribution will be made to the protection of natural water resources and the environment by saving both the water bills of those living in these houses and about 100 thousand liters of water needed by an average of 150-20 people in just one day.
SUITABLE PAYMENT TERMS PROVIDED
Pre-requests for the project with suitable payment options started as of May 31st. In order to apply for the project, the applicant must be a Turkish citizen and of age, not having an independent section registered in the title deed of himself or his spouse, with a construction servitude or a condominium, residing in Istanbul for at least one year (In privileged groups; families of martyrs, war and duty disabled persons This condition will not be sought for widows and orphans, at least 40 percent disabled citizens and healthcare workers.) and not having purchased a house from KİPTAŞ before. However, all individuals over the age of 18 living with their parents will be able to apply for the project if there is no house on it and has other conditions.
