The lawsuit filed by Eskişehir Alpu District Municipality for the cancellation of the Uraysim Project was rejected by the court.
Alpu Municipality filed a lawsuit for the cancellation and suspension of the Uraysim Project, which is considered to be one of the biggest projects of Turkey planned to be built in the district and is expected to be a worldwide rail system center. Examining the case, the committee of Eskişehir 2nd Administrative Court refused to see the file.
The delegation stated the reason for the rejection of the case as follows: “Since the beginning of the project in question, there has been no objection of Alpu Municipality and it has actually contributed to the realization of the project with the said allocation process and since the project in question has reached a certain stage at this stage. it was decided to dismiss the case in terms of the first person.
Following this decision, the process of stopping the project by the municipality has ended.
