Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç Soyer, visited the Narlıdere Metro Construction Site, the construction of which was 77 percent completed, and celebrated the Ramadan Feast of the personnel working in the tunnel construction. Uninterrupted transportation from Bornova to Narlıdere

Fahrettin Altay-Narlıdere metro line, which is being built by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, consists of 7 stations: Balçova, Çağdaş, Dokuz Eylül University Hospital, Faculty of Fine Arts, Narlıdere, Martyrdom and District Governorship. With this line, the Metropolitan Municipality will increase the number of stations in the light rail system network to 24 and the length of the rail system to 186,5 kilometers. With the completion of the works, those who take the metro from Bornova EVKA-3 will be able to go directly to Narlıdere District Governorship. Metro line will be completed in 2022
