The President's decision stating that the passage of bridges and highways will be free of charge while the curfew continues during the Ramadan Feast, which coincides with the full closing process, was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the President's decision published in the Official Gazette, during the Ramadan Festival, excluding the build-operate-transfer projects with guaranteed transition, such as Yavuz Sultan Selim and Osmangazi Bridge, the highways under the responsibility of the General Directorate of Highways, and the 15th July Martyrs Bridge and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge are free it will be.
Free passes start at midnight on Wednesday, May 12th and end at 17am on Monday, May 7th.
Baskentray and Marmaray Free
With the decision, Başkentray and Marmaray flights will be carried out free of charge from midnight on Wednesday, May 12th to midnight, Sunday, May 16th.
What Is The Curfew Penalty?
Alongside the free highway, bridge and public transport announcements, full closure still continues. It is useful to remind those who do not comply with the curfew during the full closure period, with an administrative fine of 1593 thousand 282 TL in accordance with Article 3 of the Public Health Law No. 150.
