Second Hand Automobile Claims Attention! Appraisal Report Required in Auto Sales

In this context, within three days before the date of sale of second-hand cars or land vehicles by the enterprises, it is obligatory to obtain an appraisal report from the expertise companies that have TSE service qualification certificate for second-hand cars and land vehicles below the age of eight or sixty thousand kilometers according to the model year.
