Amendment to the Regulation on Examination and Appointment of Contracted Engineers, Architects, Technicians, Surveyors, Movement Officers to be Employed in the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey.
Republic of Turkey General Directorate of State Railways of Business:
ARTICLE 1 - To come after the "contracted" phrase in the name of the Regulation on the Examination and Appointment of Contracted Engineers, Architects, Technicians, Surveyors, Movement Officers to be Employed in the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey published in the Official Gazette dated 29/11/2018 and numbered 30610. Traffic Controller, ”phrase has been added.
ARTICLE 2 - The phrase "traffic controller" has been added to come after the phrase "contracted" in the first paragraph of article 1 of the same Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 - The phrase "traffic controller" has been added to come after the phrase "contracted" in the first paragraph of Article 2 of the same Regulation.
ARTICLE 4 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 5 - The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the General Manager of the State Railways of the Republic of Turkey.
