Samsung Electronics Topgül After Sales Service Director of Erbil in Turkey, Erkut was brought to the Day and Multi-Channel E-Commerce Director.

Erbil Topgül, who has been working in various positions in the after-sales services department since 2013, started his business life in 2005. During his 16-year career, he was responsible for managing teams responsible for customer service, after-sales services and customer experience in international companies. Some of the works of Topgül, which has implemented various projects on customer experience improvement, productivity increase, alternative sales channels and customer satisfaction increase, were deemed worthy of national and international awards. Topgül, Samsung Electronics is finally in Turkey had been serving as Director of Customer Experience Group. Erbil Topgül, who has an MBA degree, is still continuing his doctorate education at Maltepe University.

Erkut Gündüz graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Economics in 2004, and attended Koç University Executive MBA Executive program as part of Turquality between 2011 and 2012. Starting his career as Export Customer Representative, Gündüz joined Boyner Holding in 2008 as Foreign Sales and Marketing Manager, and worked as Strategy and Business Development Manager, Export Sales and Marketing Manager and E-commerce and Multi Channel Manager, respectively. Gündüz, who served as the E-Commerce Manager of Teknosa within the body of Sabancı Holding in 2016, was also the MediaMarkt E-Commerce Director between 2017-2020. During this period, Gündüz also served as the Head of the Multi-Channel Committee at the Category Retailing Association. Daytime Samsung Electronics before joining Turkey in the Dubai-based Chalhoub Group, was serving as Director of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
