UKOME Management System, developed by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Department of Transportation and PITON R&D and Software House, will enable planning and coordination using Geographic Information Systems.
PITON R&D and Software House, which provides services to many public institutions and private companies in Turkey and abroad with its Intelligent Transportation Systems and Geographical Information Systems solutions developed with its domestic engineering capability, successfully implemented the GIS-based UKOME Information Management System project of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality.
Kocaeli UKOME Information Management System
With the UKOME Management System, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has acquired a map-based management information system with a web / mobile infrastructure that enables the management, query and analysis of UKOME and UTDK decision and inventory processes. System; It will work in an integrated manner with other systems of the institution (EDMS, Alo 153, ..) by preventing data multiplication. Developed in accordance with the Smart Transportation Strategy and Action Plan, the UKOME Management System makes it easier for data to be securely communicated with different systems and shared with other institutions when necessary. Thanks to its advanced reporting and analysis infrastructure, it will create corporate memory and all processes will be managed location-based.
Developed with 100% domestic resources, UKOME Management System is expected to provide higher performance and longer-lasting service to Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality thanks to the latest open source software technologies.
