The success of the Near East University COVID-19 Diagnostic Laboratory, which plays an active role in combating the COVID-19 pandemic in our country, has also been registered by MOTAKK, the independent external quality control program provider. MOTAKK gave 19 full points to the accuracy and reliability of the COVID-19 tests studied in the DESAM Covid-100 Diagnostic Laboratory.

During the evaluation and certification process, external quality control samples sent by MOTAKK were studied at the Near East University COVID-19 Diagnostic Laboratory. The samples whose results were previously reported at MOTAKK were also studied by the Near East University COVID-19 Diagnostic Laboratory, and all were reported correctly.

Near East University Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Tamer Şanlıdağ stated that they have been working with the goal of 100 percent accuracy since the beginning of the pandemic process, and this has been registered by MOTAKK, an independent external quality control program provider.
