DHL Express Turkey Receives Best Employer Award

DHL Express Turkey was among the companies with 500-1000 employees in the survey of Turkey's best employers determined by Great Place to Work.

DHL Express Turkey, the leading brand in the logistics industry, was chosen as the second in the list of Turkey's Best Employers 2021. DHL Express Turkey, which is deemed worthy of the award among companies with 500-1000 employees, came to the fore with the actions it took during the pandemic period in the study conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, which has been determining the Best Employers worldwide for more than 30 years.

Evaluating the award of DHL Express Turkey in the Best Employers survey organized with the participation of 217 companies from different sectors, DHL Express Turkey Assistant General Manager for Human Resources Ayla Çetinbora drew attention to the role of conveying the corporate culture attained at this level. Stating that they want to be a “perfect workplace” for everyone, Çetinbora said, “We measure our success on the concrete results we have achieved by approaching every employee in our organization with genuine respect.
