TEI has been named the Business that Most Values ​​Women Employees for the third time in a row by the World Aviation Women's Institute.

The events organized within the scope of the Aviator Women's Week, which has been celebrated every year since 2010, in order to be a source of inspiration especially for female students and to introduce the aviation industry, took place this year under pandemic conditions. Having hosted female students at its campus in previous years, TEI organized its events online this year.
