Kocaeli Card Balance Transfer Point, serving in İzmit Cumhuriyet Park, will continue to serve next to the "Travel Cards Headquarters" in Kocaeli Fair as of Monday, April 5, 2021.
DEFECTIVE CARDS ARE CHANGED
At the Kocaeli Card balance transfer point, requests and complaints about the cards are evaluated, the balance in the defective cards is transferred to the new cards. Cards with a technical error were exchanged at the center where the credit card was associated with it.
FAST AND ON-SITE SOLUTION
In order to find a fast and on-site solution to Kocaeli Card requests, discounted and free travel cards and visa procedures are printed at the Travel Cards Head Office, which serves within the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department. KocaeliKart transactions will be made much faster at the office, which will serve in coordination with the Kocaeli Card balance transfer point as of April 5th.
