GREEN TEA: It contains high levels of antioxidants, vitamins A, E and C. It is effective in preventing heart diseases due to its antioxidant properties. For this reason, you can consume at least 1 cup of green tea a day.
THE FISH: Omega 3 fatty acids are abundant in salmon and tuna and are very important for heart health, so it is beneficial to consume salmon or tuna at least once a week.
CHOCOLATE: Dark chocolate is beneficial for cardiovascular health. Consuming 2 or 3 pieces of dark chocolate a day helps to reduce both blood pressure and bad cholesterol.
WALNUT: Fatty acids in walnuts protect people against heart diseases. It regulates blood pressure in patients with heart and blood pressure. When walnut is consumed in case of blood clotting, it prevents blood clotting. Eating a few handfuls of walnuts a day regulates the blood circulation to the heart, prevents arteriosclerosis and reduces the risk of heart disease.
