The first flight of the year from Russia at Milas-Bodrum Airport, operated by TAV Airports, was welcomed with water jewelry. 757 passengers arrived in Bodrum from Moscow on Azur Air's Boeing 200-212 type aircraft.

TAV Milas-Bodrum General Manager İclal Kayaoğlu said, “We are delighted to welcome the first international flight of the season at our airport. We have taken all our precautions against the pandemic. We work in collaboration with our stakeholders to provide our passengers with a safe and comfortable travel experience. Although uncertainties regarding travel restrictions persist, we expect our passenger traffic to increase compared to last year. In the coming period, we hope that our international flights will continue to increase and we welcome our guests from all over the world ”.

Received SHGM Airport Pandemic Measures Certification at Milas-Bodrum Airport and signed the protocol established by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

For safe travel during the pandemic period, the International Airports Council ACI World received the Airport Health Accreditation.
