7/24 Live Broadcasting Started from TOGG Gemlik Facility

TOGG has launched a live broadcast that will continue 7/24 without slowing down at the Gemlik Facility, which is the core of its 'Journey to Innovation' goal.

The ongoing construction works at the Gemlik Facility, which is defined as "More Than a Factory" with its functions, smart and environmentalist features gathered under the same roof, can be followed instantly on the TOGG TV tab on togg.com.tr.

TOGG has opened the construction works in Gemlik Facility to the whole world with a live broadcast. All developments at the Gemlik Facility, which is under construction, can be followed instantly from the TOGG TV tab on togg.com.tr.

Basic strengthening works of TOGG Gemlik treatment, assembly, energy, paint, body, entrance and battery units have been completed. 900 people work on the construction site in Gemlik Facility, where under-socket base and column concretes have started to be poured in paint, body, assembly and energy units. The number of employees on the construction site is expected to rise up to 1500 in the upcoming period.

With the establishment of production and assembly lines at the TOGG Gemlik Facility, it is aimed to unload the first serial car in the last quarter of 2022. When the annual production capacity reaches 175 thousand units at the Gemlik Facility, a total of 4 people will be employed.

SITUATION AT TOGG GEMLIK FACILITY AS OF APRIL 9 

Paint Building:

• Sub-foundation waterproofing works have been completed.
• 85% of basic iron productions have been completed
• 70% of the basic concrete works have been completed.
• Column manufacturing started.

Body Production Building: 

• 85% of the sub-foundation waterproofing works have been completed.
• 50% of the basic iron productions have been completed.
• 30% of the basic concrete works have been completed.
• Socket manufacturing started.

Assembly Building: 

• 70% of the sub-foundation waterproofing works have been completed.
• 35% of the basic iron productions have been completed.
• 16% of the foundation concrete works have been completed.

Energy Building: 

• Sub-foundation waterproofing works are 100% completed.
• Basic iron productions are 100% complete.
• Basic concrete works are 100% complete.
• Column manufacturing started.

TOGG SHIPPING FACILITY IN FIGURES 

• Superstructure works of TOGG Gemlik Facility were started by Yapı Merkezi in January 2021.
• The facility will be built on an area of ​​1,2 million square meters and when it reaches full capacity, it will have 230 thousand square meters of indoor space.
• In the last quarter of 2022, the first serial automobile will be off the line.
• 175 thousand 4 people will be employed when the capacity of 300 thousand / year is reached.
• At the start of production, the domestic production will be 51 percent.
• In 2025, the localization rate will reach up to 68 percent.
• Until 2030, 5 different electric and connected models will be produced on the common platform.
