Competition Authority to Recruit 30 Competition Assistant Specialists

Within the frame of the provisions of the Competition Authority Professional Personnel Regulation to be employed in the Competition Authority;

1. For (15 people) Assistant Competition Specialists (General) staff; Economics, Political Sciences, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculties or Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments of higher education institutions with at least four years of education,
2. (10 persons) For the Assistant Competition Specialist (Legal) staff; From Law Faculties,
3. (5 persons) For Assistant Competition Specialist (Informatics) staff; Graduates of Computer Engineering, Statistics and Computer, Mathematics and Computer, Industrial Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering departments, or educational institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence are accepted by the Higher Education Council, as a result of the entrance exam, Assistant Competition Experts will be recruited.

EXAMINATION CONDITIONS

Candidates who will take the exam;

1. They must meet the general conditions stipulated in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
2. Having graduated from the faculties and departments listed in sub-clause (a) of the first paragraph of Article 4054 of the Law No. 35 and from the higher education institutions listed above in Article 7 of the Competition Board's Vocational Personnel Regulation, or from domestic or foreign education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council,
3. They must not be over the age of 35 (thirty five) as of the first day of January of the year in which the exam is held,
4. They do not have a disease that may prevent them from performing their duties continuously
5. As of the application deadline, from the 2019-2020 Public Personnel Selection Exam:
   a) For the Assistant Competition Specialist (General) staff; At least (14) points from any of the KPSS P15, KPSS P16, KPSS P24, KPSS P25, KPSS P26, KPSS P27, KPSS P28, KPSS P31, KPSS P36 or KPSS P85 and among the applicants with the highest score (300) to be found,
   b) For the Assistant Competition Specialist (Legal) staff; To get at least (4) points from any of the KPSS P5, KPSS P6 KPSS P7 or KPSS P80 score types and to be among the highest score (200) applicants,
   c) For Assistant Competition Specialist (Informatics) staff; At least (1) points from the KPSS P2 or KPSS P80 score type and be among the highest score (100) applicants
   is required.
   Within the framework of Article 5, candidates who have the same score as the last ranked candidates are also accepted for the exam.

APPLICATION FOR THE EXAM

Candidates who want to take the exam are between 29.03.2021 - 09.04.2021 http://www.rekabet.gov.tr They will fill in the "Application Form" in the section titled "Exam Announcement" on the website. (Original / certified copies of the documents specified in article 8 of the Regulation will be requested from the candidates who are successful in the exams and are entitled to be appointed.)
