Stating that the trend has shifted to zero vehicles in the first quarter of 2021, Hüsamettin Yalçın said, “In the second hand, the following have been experienced in the period to date; A car that was 1 thousand TL on 2020 January 100 increased to 15 thousand TL by 2020 November 185. In the period from this date to March 2021, prices decreased by 20 percent on average. The biggest reason for this is the decrease in demand. For consumers, I can say that the current period is the best time to buy a second-hand vehicle. Now is the time to buy a second-hand vehicle, as it is an advantageous period, ”he said.
While the year 2021 started very active in terms of the zero vehicle market, the used vehicle market started the year so quietly. On the other hand, the driver of the vehicle appetite in Turkey still continues. The need for individual mobility brought about by the pandemic continues in this direction. In this context, I do not think that the market will fall below 50 thousand in March. The developments experienced are very promising for the automotive industry. Turkey everything can change at any moment, but when we look at the automotive market, today and tomorrow, we anticipate the market will rise 770-10 percent of which closed in the last year, 15 thousand pieces of tape. In other words, we estimate that the domestic market will close at 2021 thousand units in 850 ”.
