THE NUMBER OF WOMEN EMPLOYEES INCREASES EVERY DAY

All units of IMM contribute to the socialization of gender equality by following an approach that is free from gender stereotypes. The most prominent examples of this principle are experienced in ISPARK, an affiliate of IMM. In ISPARK, which has been made up of male employees for years and changed this situation in September 2019, female employees serve thousands of drivers every day. Many female parking lot attendants, who have been working for a year and a half and successfully fulfill all the work required by parking, also work as managers in business areas.

There are university graduates and employees of different professions among the female parking garages. Changing the image of the car parks, women also offer drivers support such as parking assistance and changing tires if needed. It is planned to add new ISPARK female employees in 2021 to prevent women from joining the business life in the parking sector.
