Erciyes Ski Center gave morale to healthcare professionals struggling with the Covid pandemic. It is offering guests the opportunity to ski without interruption since December Erciyes, Turkey's largest ski resort, in March with all the facilities and track season continues intensively.
Kayseri Erciyes Inc. In order to thank and support healthcare professionals, they started an education campaign together with the Ski and Snowboard Teachers Association and Erciyes Businesses Association. During the coronavirus epidemic, it is aimed to find morale in Erciyes on days without curfew with their families, who work devotedly on the front line day and night. Within the scope of this campaign, healthcare professionals are given a 50% discount on ski and equipment rentals, and support is provided completely free of charge. The ski training campaign, in which approximately 200 healthcare professionals participated in the last month, continues very efficiently.
Numan Değirmenci, President of Kayseri Ski and Snowboard Teachers Association, said, “It is a pride to take part in such a project with the organization of Erciyes A.Ş. Our ski instructors give trainings in ski and snowboard branches to show that they are with our healthcare professionals to some extent. We help our friends who work for the health of our people to relieve stress at least in Erciyes by providing free ski and snowboard training. On this occasion, we thank them once again for their diligent work ”.
Nevin Erdenler, President of Erciyes Ski Business Association, said, “Healthcare professionals have a very important place in every period of our lives. Especially for all our healthcare professionals who have devoted heavily for more than a year due to Covid-19, we, as ski enterprises, have provided significant advantages in leasing. We wanted them to have a small contribution, ”he said.
The healthcare professionals who met skiing for the first time and received training on the occasion of this campaign said that they relieved the stress of work intensity in Erciyes during the pandemic process, and thanked those who contributed to this project.
