Exterior and landscape productions will be completed and our Istanbul Financial Center will start to live and come to life in 2022. " said.
The institution attended the meeting where the latest situation reached at IFM was evaluated. The Institution, which received information from İFM Coordinator İsmail Hakkı Özkurt, made evaluations after examinations in the field.
Reminding that the works have been initiated within the framework of the instruction of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to build an international financial center that will serve Istanbul, Europe and the Middle East, the Institution said, “The projects that will start from the design phase and make our country a center of attraction step by step We are running step by step. Our Istanbul Finance Center, rising on an area of 310 thousand square meters, has a construction area of approximately 3 million 300 thousand square meters. Our construction progress has now reached 66 percent. Our 8 thousand worker brothers actually work in the field. Together with our white-collar friends, we are working with 10 thousand people, 7 days 24 hours in a very intense work. " he spoke.
Minister Institution stated that the project was carried out with TOKI Directorate, General Directorate of Provincial Bank, General Directorate of Emlak Konut and the Wealth Fund within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and gave the following information:
“We are building our school, glass, nursery, and all the social facilities that will meet the needs of this region and our financial center in special project areas and social facilities with our General Directorate of Iller Bank. We carry out the infrastructure projects, the process related to the transportation, drinking water, sewage and rain water of this region with our General Directorate of Iller Bank. Our General Directorate of Emlak Konut is responsible for the general project coordination. We have started fine manufacturing now. Exterior façade manufacturing continues intensively, on the other hand, we entered into fine fabrications. Arrangements are made regarding the landscape and walking paths, recreation areas. When it is finished, it will truly become an exemplary financial center in the world. "
