The Erasmus + accreditation application of ASELSAN, one of the leading companies of the Turkish Defense Industry, has been accepted.
ASELSAN's application for Erasmus + accreditation in the field of vocational education has been accepted. With the program, ASELSAN employees will be able to participate in activities carried out abroad related to their professional fields, and improve their competencies and skills.
ASELSAN applied to the relevant committee within the scope of Erasmus + accreditation in the field of vocational education. After the application period, applications meeting the eligibility criteria were evaluated by independent external experts after content evaluation. ASELSAN was awarded the Erasmus + accreditation in the field of vocational education as a result of the application announced on 15 March 2021 after the evaluations.
ASELSAN Will Send Its Employees Abroad for Training
ASELSAN; By being entitled to accreditation, it had the opportunity to receive grants in a facilitated method on a regular basis every year during the 2021-2027 period in order to implement its objectives within the scope of the program. With this grant, ASELSAN employees will be sent to program member countries for training, on-the-job training, skill competitions and similar activities in order to ensure their professional and personal development.
It is aimed to support the professional development of ASELSAN employees by participating in activities carried out abroad, courses and on-the-job trainings related to their professional fields, to develop their international networks, and to improve their competencies and skills.
