Ünye Industry Intersection Has Been Reorganized

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality has provided a safe structure for Sanayi Junction where fatal and injured accidents occurred in Ünye district. After the work carried out at the crossroads, industrial tradesmen and citizens took a sigh of relief.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which has made many investments from infrastructure to superstructure in Ordu, continues its works to arrange intersections to create a safe transportation network. The teams of Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Science Affairs, who continue their intersection arrangement works in Altınordu district center in Ünye district, have come to an end in the works they started at the Industrial Intersection, one of the most problematic intersections of the district.

With the completion of the work at the Industrial Crossroad, where many fatal and injurious accidents have occurred for years, it is aimed to prevent accidents by ensuring safe traffic.

Stating that they are carrying out a planned study to solve the traffic problems in the city, Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler said that they achieved a noticeable relief in traffic with the intersection arrangement works implemented in the districts.

UNYE'S HAND WAS HIGH HEART

Stating that Ünye Industry Intersection is one of the most problematic intersections of the district, Mayor Güler said, “This is a route that will relax both our industrial tradesmen and our citizens using the Akkus Niksar Highway. We have completed the expansion work on the intersection. Asphalt paving process is currently in progress. "Once the lighting and signaling processes are completed, it will be safe for drivers and pedestrians."

RISKED INTERSECTIONS IN THE DISTRICTS WILL BE ORGANIZED

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, which took new measures against the traffic congestion that occurred with the increase in the number of vehicles in the city, carried out arrangement work in the district of Altınordu in Sivas Junction, Russian Market Junction, Mevlana Junction, Dörtyol Junction, Municipality Crossroad and Fındıklı Intersection (Yeni Mahalle). Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, which has spread these works to the districts, will continue to work at problematic intersections in other districts, after the Industrial Junction arrangement in Ünye district.
