Izmir Metropolitan Municipality participated in the tender opened by the Regional Directorate of Forestry for the facility, which was used as a sanatorium on Yamanlar Mountain through the Grand Plaza among its companies, but was abandoned years ago. In the tender held today, Grand Plaza became the only company to bid with 120 thousand TL annually.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Grand Plaza company participated in the tender held by the Regional Directorate of Forestry for the area used as a sanatorium on Yamanlar Mountain. Grand Plaza, which bid 120 thousand TL annually to the tender, became the only company to bid for the operation of the facilities by making the field arrangements with the facilities envisaged in the Yamanlar Mountain development plan.
If it wins the tender, which is expected to be concluded within 15 days, the Grand Plaza will be rented for 7 years.
Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç Soyer, conducted an investigation in the forest on Yamanlar Mountain last Saturday, in the facilities used as a sanatorium but abandoned to its fate years ago.
