Following the illegal building demolitions in the plateaus in the Eastern Black Sea Region, contrary to the "Reconstruction Peace", the work started for tourism centers continues. The increase in the number of hotels, pensions and workplaces in Uzungöl, one of the favorite tourism centers of the Black Sea, in the Çaykara district of Trabzon, has brought the problem of zoning pollution on the agenda for a long time. Uzungöl, which is visited by thousands of tourists every year, has not found a solution to the increasing development problem over time. Recently, in Uzungöl, where tourists from the Gulf countries have shown great interest, the increase in zoning pollution peaked with the unplanned increase in the number of buildings. In Uzungöl, 862 illegal building owners who had a demolition decision applied to benefit from the zoning peace. However, 112 of the 17 buildings, which were determined to be unsuitable for zoning peace, were trimmed and the remaining structures were destroyed.
