Ukravtodor has signed a contract with the Turkish company Doğuş Construction for the construction of a new bridge, worth 11 billion 249 million UAH, to be built on the Dnieper river in the city of Kremençug. The contract was signed by Ivan Krapovnitskiy, President of Poltava Region Highway Services on behalf of Ukravtodor, and Tolga Akkaş, executive director on behalf of Doğuş Construction and Trade.
Doğuş Construction, one of the leading companies in the world with its infrastructure and superstructure projects realized in the construction and contracting sector, is putting its signature under another major project. The construction of the bridge, which is one of the important projects of Ukraine and which will be built in Kremençuk, will be carried out by Doğuş Construction. With the nearly 1,6 km-long highway bridge project, the Kremençuk Region will have an inclined suspension bridge and approach viaducts with a span of 720 meters. New Kremençuk Bridge, realized by Doğuş Construction in Ukraine; Dnieper Railway and Highway Bridge, Borispol International Airport, Zaporizhzhya Leftbank Wastewater Treatment Plant, it is the fourth largest project.

Doğuş Construction, which has implemented mega projects in the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Gulf countries as well as Turkey, became the company that won the tender for Kremençuk Bridge, one of the biggest projects of Ukraine.
Kremençuk Bridge, which was tendered by the Ukrainian Highways within the scope of the Ukraine Grand Construction program, Dnieper Railway and Highway Bridge, Borispol International Airport, Zaporizhzhya Leftbank Wastewater Treatment Plant will be its 4th major project in Ukraine.
New Kremençuk Bridge
The new Kremençuk Bridge will be built near the Historical Kremençuk Bridge, which provides the only road and rail river crossing in the region on the Dnipro river, which runs through the Ukrainian city of Kremençuk.
With the Dnieper Railway and Highway Bridge project, Doğuş Construction carried out the construction of a railway and road bridge that includes 6 highway lanes and 2 railway lines, as well as the construction of the crossing section of the bridge, including the piers between 13 and 17 and the superstructures of these piers. The construction of the Dnieper Railway and Highway Bridge went down in history as the biggest project of a Turkish contracting company in Ukraine until 2007. In the Borispol International Airport project, in addition to the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works of Terminal D, the drainage facilities and improvement of the apron at the terminal, construction works, holding pool, landscaping and passages were also included in the project. In the Zaporizhzhya Leftbank Wastewater Treatment Plant project, the daily wastewater treatment capacity of the existing biological wastewater treatment plant was increased from 200.000 m³ to 280.000 m³ per day.
