Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services, made statements about İŞKUR Campus, which operates in 81 provinces. Minister Selçuk said, "We provide job and vocational consultancy services by establishing closer contact with our university students.

Stating that University Contact Points, which have been serving university students since 2013, have been restructured under the name of İŞKUR Campus and serve in 81 universities in 166 provinces, Minister Selçuk said, “In order for students to prepare for the labor market, employer interviews, job search methods, recognition of the labor market, correct and effective CVs. We offer Job and Vocational Counseling in the form of individual and group meetings ”.

Collaboration with Universities

Emphasizing that a joint work will be undertaken with representatives of the University Career Center, Minister Selçuk said, “We expect periodic meetings with faculty administrations, online group meetings taking into account the course of the pandemic, and 20-25-minute classroom discussions on İŞKUR services in ongoing online courses in line with the plans made with academics. ”He explained.

Minister Selçuk said, “We will also provide students with both theoretical and practical training in İŞKUR Campuses, through our Job Club service, on subjects such as creating career goals, job search channels, CV preparation, body language, interview techniques, employer expectations”.

Minister Selçuk emphasized the importance of working in coordination with Career Centers in order to increase the effectiveness of Job and Vocational Counseling services to be offered with İŞKUR Campus and ended his speech by saying, "We will continue to work in cooperation with Career Centers at universities where we operate with İŞKUR Campus service."
