The average speed we aim for in HIZRAY will be between 70-80 kilometers. The distance between Beylikdüzü and Sabiha Gökçen will be 1 hour. We anticipate that HIZRAY will carry 1 million passengers a day when it is put into operation. We envisage mixed models such as public-private cooperation for the financing of this line, which is estimated to be 6 billion dollars, including construction and metro vehicles. We aim to complete the 2020 project of the HIZRAY project, which we started the preliminary design and feasibility study at the end of 2021. "
