Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu and Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk signed the “Cooperation Protocol for Secondary Education Providing Maritime Education”. Making important statements, Minister Karaismailoğlu emphasized that existing ports were renovated and new ports were built in line with the world's transforming port management understanding.

Stating that the ports are integrated into the multi-modal transportation system and connected by railways and highways, Minister Karaismailoğlu said, “With the goal-oriented steps we take, while increasing our dominance in our seas of our Blue Homeland, we are making our activities effective and efficient politically, economically and commercially”.
