Within the scope of Konya-Karaman-Ulukışla YHT Project, test drives will start on Monday, February 3 (Tomorrow), with the completion of the signaling system installations on the Konya-Karaman YHT line.

The Konya-Karaman-Ulukışla YHT Project, the foundation of which was laid in 2014, will connect Konya, Karaman and Niğde. Travel time from 1 hour 15 minutes will also be reduced to 35 minutes.

The length of the Konya-Karaman high speed railway line is 102 kilometers. Its infrastructure and superstructure are finished. Signaling system installations in Konya-Karaman YHT line have been completed. Test drives will begin on Monday, February 8. Test drives will take 3 weeks. The 102-kilometer line, which will be put into operation by the end of May, will also be transported.

After the Konya-Karaman YHT line is operational, a passenger departing from Karaman will be able to reach Ankara or Istanbul via YHT via Konya. There are 21 vehicle underpasses, 20 vehicle overpasses and 15 pedestrian underpasses between the Konya-Karaman line.
