In the 2021 budget presentation of our Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoğlu; In connection with the Ankara-Istanbul YHT line; Stating that they are planning to build an electric and signal high-speed train line between Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli, our minister said, "When the project is completed, both Ankara-Bursa and Bursa-Istanbul will be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes."
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoğlu, gave information about the Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli YHT project in the 2021 budget presentation of his ministry at the TBMM Plan and Budget Committee and said, “Bilecik and Osmaneli industry will increase many times over”.
Karaismailoğlu, in his statement about the project to be built in connection with the Ankara-Istanbul YHT line, said:
“We planned to build a new double-line, electric and signal high-speed train line between Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli, which is 106 kilometers long, suitable for 200 km / hour, in connection with the Ankara-Istanbul YHT line. This line will increase the industrial performance of Bursa and Bilecik many times. With this high-speed train line, the automotive, machinery, mining and chemical sectors in the surrounding provinces will be served and the manufactures in the regions will be transported by rail. When the project is completed, both Ankara-Bursa and Bursa-Istanbul will be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. "With the completion of the project, 3 million people in Bursa will have the comfort and speed of high-speed train."
The tender will be made by Osmaneli-Yenişehir-Bursa YHT Kalyon Holding-Kalyon İnşaat AŞ. The YHT line, which will start construction soon, will make Osmaneli a logistics center and a YHT station will be established in our district.
