AirBaltic, the leading airline company in Latvia and also the business partner of Havaş and TAV Operation Services at Riga Airport, became the first airline company to receive the 5-star Covid-19 certificate from Skytrax, the world's most prestigious air transport rating agency.
In the comprehensive inspection conducted to evaluate Covid-19 measures at passenger and employee contact points, priority was given to airBaltic services and procedures, as well as check-in, passenger reception, cabin disinfection services offered by Havaş, and hygiene and food service standards in private passenger lounges operated by TAV Operation Services was given.
