All university students studying in Turkey and abroad (bachelor, master, doctorate), which is open to high school students this year with the participation of the contest application can be made until February 28. The competition, which aims to popularize the use of alternative and clean energy sources in the automotive industry and to raise awareness about the use of alternative energies in vehicle technologies, is organized in two categories: Electromobile (battery powered electric vehicle) and Hydromobile (hydrogen powered electric vehicle). In both categories, grand prizes of 50.000 TL, 40.000 TL for the second and 30.000 TL for the third place await the winners.
In the competition where the most efficient vehicles from design to technical equipment are aimed; While students are aimed to gain knowledge and experience in vehicle technologies, they are also encouraged to acquire research opportunities and follow developments in the world. While intensive R&D studies are carried out in our country and in the world on increasing domestic production of vehicles operating with electricity and hydrogen energy, developing products with high added value, and battery-powered vehicles, which are the technologies of the future, it is predicted that the use of electric vehicles in our daily life will become more widespread. Hydrogen-powered vehicles, on the other hand, take their power from the fuel cell system that converts stored hydrogen on the vehicle to energy, and are another alternative and clean-energy vehicles that are being worked on to expand their use in the future.

In the competition, the works of the participants are evaluated in three different stages as progress report, technical design report, driving video and race scoring. Performance awards are given in the Electromobile and Hydromobile categories according to the final ranking made by calculating energy consumption.
