Making a statement about the high-speed train, which is the project of the century for Sivas, Peker started a test drive the other day. He said that unnecessary zoning revision and route change has been delayed the high-speed train services that will start service years ago.

Peker thanked Sivas Governor Salih Ayhan, Mayor of Sivas Hilmi Bilgin, and Sivas Deputy Habip Soluk, Ahmet Özyürek and all politicians who worked hard to complete the project from Ankara.

High Speed Train Will Contribute Positively to the Development of TÜRASAŞI

Saying that Sivas was a railway city years ago due to improperly implemented railway projects, Peker said that these days it has remained far from that location, and the two important factors for the development of Sivas are the development of high-speed trains and TÜRASAŞ. When high-speed train services start, easy transportation to Sivas will start with money flow and investments. If TÜRASAŞ develops, the monthly flow of ten million TL into the current Sivas market will increase to forty million TL. These two factors will end unemployment and cause industrialization to settle in Sivas. He said that semi-finished products will be shipped to domestic and foreign markets, and TL and foreign currency input will be provided.

Chance for TÜRASAŞ and YHT Sivas

The high-speed train is planned to stop at 2 stations during the 9-hour journey. After Ankara, it will reach Sivas after Elmadağ, Kırıkkale, Yerköy, Yozgat, Sorgun, Akdağmadeni and Yıldızeli. The fact that the high-speed train that passes through these will add both commercial and socio-cultural value to the settlements of these provinces will add value to the country's economy that will revive tourism as the promotion of these provinces become more effective, and the sub-industry organizations that can create workforce that support production when the business capability of the companies increase will become more efficient in big cities. Stopping population growth and providing incentives to other provinces will also ensure the balance in population distribution. The importance to be given to Sivas and Kayseri, which is the gateway to the east from Ankara, is the society that creates the mosaic of the country, and there is a desire to advance further in fields such as science and education with its industry and technology, with transportation that will allow for better development with total employment.
