The second part of the second shipment of 19 million doses of vaccines ordered from China in the fight against Covid-10 was brought to Istanbul Airport.
Vaccine shipment continues in accordance with the procurement schedule. The THY plane, carrying the second part of the 10 million-dose Chinese vaccine from China, landed at Istanbul Airport in the morning.
Koronavirüsl context of the fight, the first part of the second shipment of 10 million doses of vaccine from China coronavac ordered 6.5 million doses of vaccine at the beginning of the week was brought to Turkey.
As of this morning, the second episode of vaccine, with the remaining 3 and a half million doses, has arrived. Vaccines brought to the country in special containers were unloaded from the plane and customs procedures were carried out. Vaccines will be distributed to all of Turkey after the safety tests.
Announcing the arrival of vaccines, Health Minister Koca said, "Vaccine shipment will continue in accordance with the supply program."
