In the Circular, it was stated that as a result of the evaluations made with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of National Education, an addition was made to the "List of Exempted Places and Persons for the Duration and Days Where Curfew Restriction was Applied".

In this context, vehicle inspection stations and personnel working there and vehicle owners who had vehicle inspection appointments were exempted from the curfew at the weekend.

Motor vehicle driving courses, aviation and maritime courses, special transportation services vocational training and development courses, and steering training exams, which are mandatory to be organized on weekends for trainees attending construction machinery driver training courses, and commission officers, master instructors and other theoretical and practical exams. The trainees who will take these exams are included in the scope of exception in the curfew restrictions.

Personnel who carry out distance education video shooting, editing and editing activities or coordinate these activities in vocational and technical secondary schools / institutions affiliated to the Ministry to be broadcast on the Ministry of National Education EBA LİSE TV MTAL and EBA platform will be exempt from the curfew restrictions.
