TCDD's freight train was showered by unidentified people at the old Meat and Fish Institution level crossing in Afyonkarahisar. The stones thrown caused a slight injury to one of the engine drivers in the locomotive.
After the incident, while the train did not stop, the mechanic, who was slightly injured and whose name could not be learned, intervened with the materials in the first aid kit and his friends. The drivers reported the situation to the '155 Police Emergency' line and asked for help. Police teams, who went to the region upon the notice, started an investigation to arrest the persons.
