Darıca's 300-Vehicle Beach Car Park Has Ended

Darıca Şehit Er Gökhan Hüseyinoğlu Beach Park, which has attracted the attention of citizens since the day it was put into service, has become one of the attraction centers of Kocaeli. Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has built a new parking lot at the entrance to the west side of the park, aiming to prevent parking problems for the citizens who come to the coastal park to relax in the green and deep blue sea. In the parking lot A, all of which have been manufactured, landscaping is carried out by the Park and Gardens Department teams.

303 VEHICLE PARKING

In the work carried out within the Department of Science, the construction of a parking lot is carried out on an area of ​​4 thousand 300 square meters in the western part of the coastal park. While 303 meters of rain water was produced for the parking lot, which will have a capacity of 320 vehicles, the basic asphalt pavement of the parking lot was also performed. The pavement and electricity infrastructure line in the parking lot were also completed.

THOUSAND 500 TONS OF ASPHALT IN TOTAL

Within the scope of the parking lot, Metropolitan Municipality teams laid a total of 500 tons of asphalt on the area. In the car park where the middle median is manufactured, there are also special parking spaces for disabled vehicles. The wear asphalt, which is the last floor asphalt of the car park, will be laid in the coming months and then line drawings will be made.

Darıca beach park has two parking lots in its current state. A third parking lot was built in order to prevent parking problems for the citizens, especially with the resulting density.
