The Deed Process Has Started For Yenişehir To Be Established Around Channel Istanbul

The title deed process has started in the building blocks of "Yenişehir" to be established around Kanal Istanbul within the borders of Başakşehir Şahintepe. According to the news of Özlem GÜVEMLİ from SÖZCÜ; “The reconstruction and title deed process of the controversial project Kanal Istanbul's surroundings is completed step by step. The zoning application prepared in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Zoning Law in the building blocks within the borders of Şahintepe District of Yenişehir's Başakşehir district to be established around the canal was approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization on December 11, 2020.

The application, which means determining the net land title deeds, was suspended by the ministry for objections as of December 15. CHP's IMM Council Member Ataman reacted to the plan and the title deed process progressing with jet speed and said, "The government, which said to the tradesmen, workers, retirees, civil servants, 'let's hold on to the epidemic, close your teeth' in the opened packages, is moving at full speed in the Kanal Istanbul project.

"WILL BE COMPLETED IN 1 YEAR"

Ataman pointed out that a few days after the Minister of Environment and Urbanization, Murat Kurum, said that they had taken the last steps regarding Kanal Istanbul in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the “article 18 implementation” of the Şahintepe stage of the channel was suspended.

Ataman said, “The last article in Yenişehir, which will be established around Kanal Istanbul, is 18-1-2 in Arnavutköy. stages remained. They are also said to be suspended this month. Thus, all development plans of Yenişehir will be completed within one year, ”he said.

"SOMEONE MAY BE ATTRACTED"

Referring to the President's statement about Kanal Istanbul, "We are starting our No.1 project soon", Ataman said that there is no obstacle to the tender process. Ataman noted the following:

• The priority of the government, I as a citizen of the Republic of Turkey; I know from the president's statements that there is a pandemic and related problems. However, while this is expected to be the priority of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, as can be seen, 18 applications were made and suspended immediately.
• I hope that the rights of those who have suffered for years and who have struggled to survive in villages that do not fly and caravans have not been defeated. I hope the immovables of the real persons living there are not offered to others. Those who have zoned plots should check the suspended application, their plots may have been taken away by creating new parcels.
• If they have, they should make their objections. As a party, we will examine these hangers. We will ensure that our citizens move in the right direction, whatever is right. Otherwise, immovables acquired with the sweat of years may be offered to someone.
