Teams affiliated to the Department of Fire Department participated in the fire drill with 2 vehicles and 6 personnel. According to the practice; Upon notification, the fire crews and ARFF firefighters who arrived at the airport within 5 minutes intervened the fire in the airport runway area with pressurized water and foam. After the intervention, the fire was taken under control and put out in a short time.
