During the inspection, information such as chassis number, fuel type and seat number of the vehicle checked is firstly confirmed and compared with TÜVTÜRK data. Possible tears and holes in the water and fuel hoses in the engine assembly are examined, the battery and battery connections are tested and the electrical installation of the vehicle is checked.
Afterwards, brake force values of the front axle brake system and wheels are taken with the brake tester. These same controls are applied to the rear axle. In these controls, the brake efficiency must be at least 50%.
After the examinations in the engine part are completed, oil, water and fuel leaks that may occur under the vehicle are checked; The exhaust, suspension system of the axles, fittings and the electrical accent attached to the console are examined.
After the mechanical and electronic components are checked, it is tested whether the vehicle's headlights are suitable for safe driving in traffic. If necessary, adjustments of dipped, high and fog lights are made.
Finally, the condition of the driver's seat, the strength and usability of the seat belts are reviewed. After the windows, horn, rear view mirrors, wipers and air conditioning systems are examined, the inspection is completed.
