Antalya Metropolitan Municipality made an arrangement in Boğaçayı, where amateur fishermen are concentrated, after the angling circular issued by the Ministry of Interior within the scope of combating coronavirus.
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Police Department made arrangements in accordance with social distance rules to both sides of Boğaçayı, where amateur fishing is intense, following the circular on "Precautions for Angling" sent to 81 Provincial Governorship by the Ministry of Interior. Social distant fishing areas were created for angling along the channel.
DISTANCE OF AT LEAST THREE METERS
Social distance circles were drawn to keep at least three meters distance between anglers and fishermen were directed to these circles. The teams of the Metropolitan Municipality Police Department inspected whether the amateur fishermen obeyed the circular along Boğaçayı and Konyaaltı Beach. The teams made an announcement along the beach and warned anglers to fish by following the social distance and mask rules.
