The Sarıkamış-Karakurt-Horasan Road, which we will open, is one of the most important of these. Our region will soon meet the Karakurt Dam, which is under construction on the Aras river. After the construction of the dam, we completed the construction of a brand new road instead of the existing road within the Dam Basin so that our citizens can travel comfortably, safely and saving time. "
