19 patients died in the fire caused by the high-flow oxygen device in the SANKO University Hospital Kovid-9 intensive care unit in Gaziantep.
Gaziantep Governorship, ”A fire occurred in the intensive care unit of Private Sani Konukoğlu Hospital as a result of the explosion of a breathing apparatus that was given oxygen at 04.45. After the incident, 20 out of 19 patients hospitalized in the 8-person intensive care unit died, 11 patients were transferred to other hospitals in the vicinity.
