Falez Intersection, one of the important points of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality 3rd Stage Rail System Project, was opened to traffic after the rail assembly and asphalt production was completed. Konyaaltı Street Meteorology Junction and Bus Station Junction were connected with 5.5 km rail fabrication.

The 3rd Stage Rail System Project, which will connect Varsak, which will strengthen the public transportation network of the Metropolitan Municipality, to the Bus Station, Antalya Training and Research Hospital and the city center, continues rapidly between the Otogar Junction and Konyaaltı Street.

Cliffs, hospital and breeze ready

Within the scope of the project, the intersection of Tarık Akıltopu Caddesi and Sakıp Sabancı Boulevard (Falez Intersection) was closed to traffic due to rail installation works. As a result of the continuous works in the area where the main hub in the Falez Intersection, the rail and asphalt manufacturing works were completed and opened to traffic. At the Konyaaltı Street Meteorology Junction, the filling concrete and parquet manufacturing works of the teams continue. Canopy manufacturing continues at the Museum Stop, which will be the last stop on the Rail System route. Authorities stated that all the work between Meltem Hospital and Falez Intersection, which is one of the important turning points in the project, has been completed.

5,5 kilometers of continuous line

With the completion of the works on the Falez Junction, 5.5 km of rails from the tunnel entrance in front of the ASAT General Directorate building to the Museum Junction were connected without interruption. Within the scope of the 3rd Stage Rail System Project, reinforced concrete works are continuing in the tunnel connection lines that will connect the 1st and 3rd Stage Rail System Lines under the Bus Station Junction. In the West Station, fine work continues on the platform and ticket floor, and concrete works continue on the parking floors.
