Making the opening speech of the meeting, KAYSO Assembly President Abidin Özkaya stated that even though there has been a partial recovery in the economy, uncertainties in supply and demand in all sectors continue to increase as a result of the increasing cases in recent days, and said that the closed foreign markets may negatively affect all sectors in the first quarter of 2021. Giving information about export figures, KAYSO President Büyüksimitci stated that September exports increased by 17 percent compared to the previous month and that this increase was around 243 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. Büyüksimitci stated that Kayseri ranks 13th in the general export ranking among provinces in the first nine months, and 10nd in furniture and electrical appliances sector exports, adding that they will have passed last year as Kayseri in exports as of the 2th month.
