The reinforced concrete bridge built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality on the connection road between Körfez district Cumaköy and Derince district Karagöllü neighborhood is at the stage of completion. Before the bridge is built, the vehicle traffic provided by the culvert type pass will be made from the bridge after the completion of the reinforced concrete bridge. The bridge, where 44 beams weighing 11 tons are placed with a crane, is planned to be completed by the end of the year.

256 METERS OF STREET REINFORCED

With the reinforced concrete bridge built over Koca Creek separating the Gulf and Derince districts from each other, the Cumaköy and Karagöllü villages between the two districts and other villages will be more comfortable and easy to reach. 256 meters of stream improvement was carried out for the bridge construction With the completion of the 32,50 times 11 meter pre-stressed reinforced concrete bridge, transportation will be more convenient in the Körfez District Cumaköy and Derince District Karagöllü districts.

BEAM AND BRIDGE LEGS ARE COMPLETED

335 meters of concrete will be built for the reinforced concrete bridge built on the connection road between Körfez District Cumaköy and Derince District Karagöllü Mahallesi. In the area where 25 thousand cubic meters of excavation was carried out, 130 tons of iron, 430 cubic meters of stone wall, 1800 square meters of stone curtain, 2150 cubic meters of stone blockage and 500 cubic meters of sub-base were used for stream improvement.
