Cooperation Protocol between KBU and HAVELSAN for Cooperative Education Program

Cooperative Education Program Cooperation Protocol was signed between Karabük University and HAVELSAN.

HAVELSAN General Manager Dr. Mehmet Akif Nacar and Karabük University (KBU) Rector Prof. Dr. With the protocol signed by Refik Polat, 3rd and 4th year students from Karabük University Engineering Faculty Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering and Software Engineering departments will participate in the Cooperative Education Program within the determined quota.

At the protocol signing ceremony, Vice Rectors of Karabük University Prof. Dr. İzzet Açar and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar and HAVELSAN Secretary General Baykal Yaylı and Human Resources Director Oğuzhan Coşkunyürek were present.

HAVELSAN General Manager Dr. Mehmet Akif Nacar stated that Karabük University is in the top 2021 in the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking of the world's best universities for 1000. Dr. Nacar said, “It is important for us to develop joint works with academics and students. We want to cooperate with our universities in various fields of the defense industry. We especially want to develop this cooperation in advanced technology fields, ”he said.
