I vouch for both sides at the highest level. I sincerely wish this work to be completed as soon as possible, beyond what has been written and drawn," he said.

"THE TRANSFORMATION OF 260 APARTMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED"

Stating that the transformation of 260 apartments will be achieved with the work to be done, İmamoğlu said, “Unfortunately, this number is not an important number for Istanbul. Stating that he closely followed the problem in Gürpınar during his district presidency and as mayor, İmamoğlu noted that he was "shocked" when he first saw the buildings. Stating that he observed that the buildings looked modern from the outside, but they were destroyed inside, İmamoğlu said, “Let me admit it; "There are no houses left that I have not entered, but every time I enter the apartment, when I go to a condolence or a 'get well soon', I have visited there many times worrying about how we can keep the gap between my attempt and my exit. "THIS IS NOT A TALE"

Speaking about his struggle regarding the region at the IMM Assembly at that time, İmamoğlu said, “We had a very difficult time here. We took a decision to Büyükşehir. I waited 8 months. After 8 months, I insistently said, 'Friends, take all the commissioners, bring them. Let them see the concrete under those buildings. Let them feel where they are sitting, 'I said. We went with a plan proposal, a very human offer. We invited those people here. Friends on the commission said, 'We have to convert it here. They went back, saying, 'We have to make this decision immediately. We have friends who witnessed this. No matter what political party it is from; I'm telling you what happened. Because this is not a fairy tale, it is what I have experienced ”.

"WHILE WAITING TO THANK YOU, THEY REFUSED THE OFFER "

Expressing that he went to the Assembly to give a "thank you" speech on June 16, 2017, when the issue will be discussed at the IMM, İmamoğlu said, "While they were waiting to thank, they said, 'We are withdrawing this article'; just that item. Then I went up to the podium and cried. There is no answer, no click in any politician. I did not do politics behind secret doors, and I will not do it. I have political friends here. 'If you pass this on politically, here Ekrem İmamoğlu It is the political will that persuades the political groups there by saying 'it will become stronger'. I'm talking about a simple political will. That's why I'm crying there," he said.

"EARTHQUAKE COUNCIL" REPEATS ITS REQUEST

He says but we have to transform another 6,5 million buildings. How many years did you do it? In 18 years. How much time do you need for 6,5 million buildings; 120 years. How will we solve the earthquake in 120 years? That's why I say; The Presidency, the Ministry and the Metropolitan Municipality cannot solve this problem. The district municipality cannot solve this business. TOKI, KİPTAŞ cannot solve this job. "We can solve this job together," he said. Proposing the implementation of systems that can transform the citizens' own homes, İmamoğlu said, "In an environment where the contractor and some financial sectors create an assurance for the system, you can set up such a system in an environment where they create a guarantee, this work goes very quickly and resolves." Noting that when they met with the Minister of Environment and Urbanization, Murat Kurum, he presented the Earthquake Council proposal and was accepted, İmamoğlu emphasized that there was no development in the aftermath.

"1999 EARTHQUAKE BRINGS THE 2001 CRISIS"

İmamoğlu indicating that the issue of Turkey's independence Earthquake, 1999 Marmara earthquake in Turkey has warned that brought the 2001 crisis. Thanks to KİPTAŞ and Beylikdüzü Municipality for the protocol, İmamoğlu said, “They have completed the unfinished process. May Allah not embarrass you. The result is important. Today's signatures are just a motivation. I know and know the private sector representatives who will contribute to this work. They pat their back on them. Beyond the commercial gain of such works, it is a spiritual gain. I wish you success. I hope we will go when those houses are finished as quickly as possible, we can drink the coffee and tea of the people living there without fear and hesitation ”.
