The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China has suggested that foreign nationals coming to China prefer direct flights.
China Ministry of Foreign Affairs SözcüWang Wenbin, at the press conference held in the capital Beijing, evaluated some of the regulations made recently regarding the entry of foreign nationals into China.
Wang Wenbin noted that the relevant regulations will strengthen the hardly achieved successes in combating the Covid-19 outbreak in China, as well as protecting the safety and health of foreign country citizens coming to China. As part of the measures to combat the epidemic, China is asking foreign nationals who will come to the country by air to submit negative result documents for nucleic acid and antibody testing. The Chinese authorities are also demanding that foreign nationals who come to China by transit have the tests in the country they are transferring to.
On the other hand, Chinese embassies in Belgium, England and the Philippines announced that the citizens of these countries were temporarily suspended from entering China due to the epidemic.
