This building is a very old building built by the British. A building that has witnessed many sorrows and joys. I hope we will restore this place, we will make a recreation arrangement in the garden in front of the building and turn it into a social facility where our local products are served. Here, we are planning to turn Afyonkarahisar citizens into a place where they can have a good time with their families, eat their meals and host their guests.

Governor Gökmen Çiçek expressed his satisfaction that a building with a past full of the past will be regarded as a decent place.
